Description We are partnering with a growing plaintiff-side consumer warranty firm dedicated to advocating for individuals facing warranty, fraud, and other consumer rights violations. The firm is seeking Remote Contract Attorneys to join its litigation team. Attorneys must be barred in California. Key Responsibilities: + Draft and prepare pleadings, discovery responses, and motions in Song-Beverly matters. + Conduct legal research to support case strategy. + Maintain organized case files and track litigation timelines. Position Details: + Type: Contract + Location: Fully Remote + Schedule: ongoing project-based work + Compensation: commensurate with experience + Start: immediate Requirements Qualifications: + Active California Bar membership required. + Prior experience in civil litigation. + Strong writing skills. + Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously. + Self-motivated and comfortable working in a virtual setting.
