We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Remote Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in our systems. This position is fully remote and ideal for individuals who are organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
Enter data accurately into spreadsheets, databases, or company systems
Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness
Update existing records as needed
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Meet daily or weekly data entry deadlines
Communicate with team members if clarification is needed
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
Good typing speed and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable internet connection and computer
Previous data entry experience is a plus but not required
100% remote work (work from home)
