As a Product Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our product teams. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and guiding candidates through the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Your role will involve collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. **Responsibilities:** + Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms. + Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates with a focus on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles. + Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidate fit and technical proficiency. + Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. + Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system, including candidate interactions and feedback. + Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future product tech openings. + Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and recruitment strategies based on market trends and candidate feedback. + Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in product tech recruitment. + Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely updates throughout the recruitment process. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit university or college. + Proven track record of commitment and success in previous roles. + 3+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on product management, UX/UI design, and software development roles. + Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the tech or product space. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills. + Proficient in using recruitment tools and databases. + Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. + Expertise in shaping and executing recruitment strategies for SaaS information products, real estate products, or similar products. + Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. **What's in it for you?** When you join CoStar Group, you will experience a collaborative and innovative culture working alongside the best and brightest to empower our people and customers to succeed.
