Responsibilities for Personal Trainer:

• Consult with clients to understand fitness and nutrition goals .
• Create and implement comprehensive training programs.
• Network to grow your clientele and training book of business.
• Provide tips and advice on improving form and achieving their goal.
• Maintain training equipment, studio cleanliness and safety.
• Develop a good rapport with clients and have an empathetic attitude.
• Provide clients with regular feedback regarding progress.
• Request google reviews and referrals from clients quarterly.
• Follow all Standard Operating Protocols.

Qualifications for Personal Trainer:

• Certified as a personal trainer.
• College degree required.
• Sales experience a plus.
• CPR/AED
• Proven experience working as a personal trainer.
• Available to work mornings, nights, weekends. The client schedule drives your schedule.
• Excellent social, verbal and written communication skills.
• Impeccable customer service and client focus.
• Strong working knowledge of fitness training and exercises and able to demonstrate proper form and technique.
• Enthusiastic and passionate about fitness and health.
• Maintain physical fitness levels at all times.
