You'll ensure that menus are executed at the highest standards, maintain cost controls, and uphold Levy's commitment to hospitality, innovation, and excellence. **Qualifications:** + Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience + Proven leadership in managing a high-volume, upscale kitchen + Proficiency in menu development, food costing, and labor management + Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory compliance + Strong organizational and communication skills **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead and mentor the culinary team to deliver exceptional food experiences + Develop menus aligned with guest expectations and brand identity + Ensure quality, consistency, and presentation of all food items + Manage inventory, ordering, and cost controls + Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards + Collaborate with front-of-house and operations teams to ensure seamless service + Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement **Curious about Life at Levy?
