**Cable Assembler** **Paying $18 / HR** **Location - Vancouver, WA** **Responsibilities:** + Will be assembling assembling wire cables, using small hand tools, following detailed instructions. + Will be responsible for identifying, locating and pulling various cable and cable components. + Cutting and labeling cables per work instructions, using a heat gun to shrink sleeve onto cables. + Will be using tools such as crimpers, pliers and screw drivers. **Qualifications:** + Mechanically inclined, assembly experience or experience using tools + Attention to detail + Computer Skills + Ability to follow instructions **Environment/ Shift:** + Lean manufacturing environment - clean and organized. + Work environment is bright and fairly quiet, sometimes may be exposed to a paint like smell in certain areas. + Day Shift: 6am-3:00pm, Monday to Friday **Employee Value Proposition:** + They believe in, investing into their employees long-term and internal growth/promotions. + Employees are encouraged to share ideas to make the company more efficient. + Healthy company culture includes relaxation stations, exercise stations and incentives to eat healthier and exercise via benefit discounts. + Has a small family company feel, and likes to get to know their employees as well. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
