Warehouse Driver / Assistant

We invite full-time warehouse  professionals to join our team in Union, NJ.

You will be the right hand of our warehouse team & technicians in the field, focused on the 6:00 am - 2:30 pm shift M-F.

Who You Are

• You are detail-oriented and well-organized.
• You are comfortable prioritizing multiple tasks, both physically and digitally.
• You can routinely lift items up to at least 50 lbs. 
• You have a driver's license,clean record & experience driving box trucks or larger.
• You have availability for prompt rotating shifts (some overtime) starting at: 6:00 am

What Will You Do?

First off, you will commit to delivering an exceptional warehouse experience. Always.

This role involves responsibilities that shift and change based on active jobs, but some example tasks are:

👍 Cut plywood, support inventory initiatives, and other special projects. 

👍 Prepare & load trucks without damage. 

👍 Receive shipments and inspect for accuracy, quality, and damages.

👍 Verify quantities and match received items with purchase orders.

👍 Prepare transfers, requisitions, and truck replenishments.

👍 Arrange and complete pickups / deliveries with supply houses & technicians.

Physical Demands/Working Conditions - All Trades and Warehouse Departments

To perform the duties of this job, you are regularly expected to sit, stand, walk, kneel, squat, stoop hands to finger, handle controls, hear, and talk. You must be able to reach with your hands and arms, climb ladders, and work in hot/cold environments such as crawl spaces. You will regularly lift 50+ pounds. Specific vision abilities required include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.

The work environment can vary depending on the season and scope of work - you will be expected to be outside throughout multiple seasons.
