As a Server, you will greet and seat guests with warmth and efficiency, manage waitlists and reservations, and ensure the smooth flow of front-of-house operations. You’ll create a welcoming atmosphere and serve as a key ambassador of the guest experience.
Previous experience in a host/hostess or guest services role
Familiarity with reservation or POS systems (e.g., OpenTable, Resy)
Strong verbal communication skills
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
Greet guests as they arrive and ensure smooth check-in
Maintain and manage waitlists, seating charts, and reservations
Communicate guest needs to service staff efficiently
Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and positivity
Monitor dining room flow and guest satisfaction
