    Senior Product Line Manager - Women's Global Sportswear Apparel

    WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

    Our Senior Product Line Manager will work closely with product management teammates across Sportswear as well as cross-functional teammates in merchandising, design, development, sourcing, costing, operations, sales, and marketing to implement the apparel strategic vision. They will report to the Product Director for Women’s Sportswear Apparel focused on Classics.

    WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

    We are looking for a Global Senior Product Line Manager for Women’s Sportswear Apparel. In this fast paced and dynamic role, you will need to be comfortable managing competing priorities in a deadline driven environment while embracing the volatility. In this role, this individual will partner with our Senior Product Line Managers and Product Line Manager II to drive all facets of the Women’s Sportswear product creation process. This individual will lead a cross functional team, bringing excellent communication skills, strong strategic competence, and creative problem-solving to this entrepreneurial role. We are seeking someone with a strong product acumen and a deep understanding of marketplace trends. This individual must be adept at analysing market data, recognizing emerging trends, and translating them into innovative women's product opportunities that resonate with our consumers. Their ability to stay ahead of industry shifts and consumer preferences will be crucial in driving the success of our product lines.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Business, Product Management or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
    • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
    • Strong product creation, consumer and business acumen
    • Familiarity with the marketplace and key competitors
    • Creativity and passion for product, fashion, color, and style
    • Excellent presentation and interpersonal communication skills

    WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

    You will be working daily with our design, development, brand and merchandising teams across multiple subject areas, to create compelling product seasonally. You will be the leader of the team, keeping projects on task and communicating regularly to both internal and external partners. You will collaborate with team members to develop line plans, implement future product uniform strategies, and track overall progress and delivery in full and on time with one of our most high-profile apparel product lines at the company. You will work closely with your triad team each week to deliver on product creation calendar timelines, including product briefs, design reviews, merchandising plan, and marketplace distribution for multiple projects. As well as building positive and trustworthy relationships with your partners to build and land the line plans and seasonal assortments that meet the needs of consumers and take them to a new place. You will:
