Job Title: Manufacturing Operator I - Rotational Molding Machine Operator

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Rotational Molding Department as a Machine Operator. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within our manufacturing team.
Responsibilities
Assist in the operation of rotational molding machines to produce quality parts.
Utilize power tools as needed and follow established finishing procedures.
Accurately read a ruler and adhere to finishing guidelines to ensure product standards.
Examine finished parts, rejecting those not meeting quality standards.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation.
Take initiative and work independently when required.
Requirements
Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with power tools.
Ability to read, write, and understand English.
Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Strong work habits and reliability.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Excellent communication skills.
