What you’ll do (with full training & mentorship)

1. Complete our step-by-step trading academy (designed for absolute beginners)
2. Join daily live trading sessions with professional mentors
3. Work with real-time market, TradingView, DexTools, and on-chain analytics
4. Execute trades using proven strategies and signals provided by the team
5. Participate in daily/weekly market reviews and 1-on-1 mentoring calls
6. Gradually take on more responsibility and build your own track record

Requirements

1. Fluent English (written & spoken)
2. Stable internet + laptop/computer
3. High self-discipline and eagerness to learn fast
4. Strong interest in crypto, DeFi, and financial markets
5. No previous trading experience needed — we hire for attitude and potential
