Swift7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our Charlotte office. In this role, you will support the planning, execution, and completion of projects while ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, adaptable, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely completion.
Assist in project planning, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to managers and stakeholders.
Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations as required.
Identify potential risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
