About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Aide/Project Coordinator to join our Tacoma Owner’s Representative team. This multi-faceted role will involve project coordination for project managers and administrative support for the Tacoma office. You will report to the Group Lead, Jim Dugan, and may work a hybrid schedule, coming into our Tacoma, Washington location when needed or desired to provide administrative support and for project, client and team collaboration.

You Will:

  • Support the administrative needs of the Tacoma office, such as scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, filing and maintain documentation, greeting visitors and directing calls.
  • Support project functions including scope and budget development, progress reporting, project delivery support, project status tracking, meeting coordination, and workload forecasting.
  • Provide quality control and coordination of client deliverables.
  • Support construction management activities such as submittal processing, review of certified payrolls, and general correspondence with the project team.
  • Coordinate and engage with project managers, project teams, Finance, Contracts, and our clients to ensure that projects are delivered with attention to quality, schedule, and budget.

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in the AEC industry, handling tasks such as scope preparation, budgeting, invoicing, cost tracking, QA/QC, and project closeout.
  • Technical editing and document proofing experience.
  • Experience coordinating and tracking project work, monitoring schedules and budgets, calculating earned value, managing deliverables, and supporting teams with project deadlines and client commitments.
  • Technical experience in MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook and SharePoint. Experience in technical report editing and formatting. Experience with BST10 and Emburse knowledge will be a bonus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, working closely with project teams, managers, and clients to support project delivery.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $30.00-$36.00/hour.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
