Duties Description Under the direction of the Information Technology Services (ITS) Dedicated Support Team for Department of Labor (DOL), the Project Coordinator will be the Principal Power Platform Developer, and will be a key player in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions using Microsoft technologies to support the critical mission of the New York State Department of Labor. The incumbent will leverage their deep expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages), Dataverse and API development to deliver impactful solutions. The incumbent will also provide technical leadership, mentorship, and support to other team members.Specific duties shall include but are not limited to:- Design, develop, and deploy custom Power Apps (canvas and model-driven) to streamline business processes and improve data accessibility.- Create and manage Power Automate flows to automate workflows and integrate with other systems.- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for data visualization and analysis.- Leverage SSIS to develop packages for migration and data synchronization.- Design and develop RESTful APIs to facilitate integration between systems.- Assist with Oracle database design and generation of DDL scripts.- Assist in building pipelines to maintain CI/CD for deployments.- Develop and execute system test plans and coded unit testing procedures.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to other developers.- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:Seven years of experience in computer science, information technology, or a related field, including one year of supervisory experience.The following degrees may substitute for the general experience as indicated: - Associate's degree and six years of experience.- Associate's degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and five years of experience.- Bachelor's degree and five years of experience.- Bachelor's degree including 15 semester credit hours in computer science and four years of experience.- Master's degree in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional year of experience.- Doctorate in computer science or related field substitutes for an additional 2 years of experience.Preferred Qualifications:- 5+ years' experience building and implementing large and complex systems- Multi-technology integration- Experience with C#.NET- Experience with Oracle PL/SQL
