Job Description

Start your career as a Production Operator with MAU at Autoneum near Aiken, SC. As a Production Operator, you will support production goals by operating machinery and maintaining quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity.

What We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
• Forklift experience - preferred
• SAP system experience - preferred
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Excellent basic math and problem-solving skills
• Proficient computer skills, including scanning and data entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Comfortable with physical tasks: stooping, kneeling, climbing, balancing
• Availability to work weekends and overtime as needed

What You’ll Do as a Production Operator:

• Complete pre-shift stretching routines
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Operate machinery and manually assemble parts
• Monitor and maintain product quality during production
• Package and label products according to specifications
• Identify and report defects or equipment issues
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Work within ISO14001 and TS-16949 standards
• Use SAP system for tracking and data input
• Support team members and contribute to production goals
• Perform other duties as assigned
