Pay Rate/Range: $18/hr
Description: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in assembling components and sections of trusses, walls, and flooring. This role requires precise measurements, the use of hand tools, and a strong focus on accuracy and quality. Candidates must be able to work in all environmental conditions and maintain consistent safety and performance standards.
Job Requirements: Applicants must be able to accurately read a tape measure, safely operate and work with hand tools, and lift up to 70 lbs as part of daily tasks. Steel-toed boots or shoes are required for safety, and candidates must be comfortable working outdoors in all seasons and weather conditions. Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to safe work practices are essential.
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire
Shift/Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00am-4:00pm, Saturday, 6:00am-12:00pm
