Job Overview:

Mavilo Wholesalers Inc. is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Forms and Branding Designer to assist with developing, updating, and maintaining internal forms, documents, and visual assets. This role focuses on ensuring all internal materials align with our brand identity while remaining functional, organized, and easy to use.

This is an hourly, part-time, or contract position ideal for someone with strong Adobe InDesign, Express, and Illustrator skills and a keen eye for layout, design consistency, and branding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, update, and maintain internal forms, documents, and templates using Adobe InDesign, Adobe Express, and Adobe Illustrator
• Ensure all forms and materials follow Mavilo's established branding guidelines
• Create branded visual assets to support internal processes and communication
• Work closely with ownership, management, and team members to understand document requirements and make revisions as needed
• Organize and maintain a library of design files for future updates and easy access
• Assist with occasional marketing design projects, if needed

Qualifications:

• Deep familiarity with Adobe InDesign is required
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (experience with Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
• Experience with InGage or willingness to learn
• Experience creating professional brochures, forms, and branded documents
• Graphic Design Experience
• Strong attention to detail and focus on visual consistency
• Ability to follow and apply brand guidelines consistently
• Strong organizational skills for file management and version control
• Ability to take feedback and work collaboratively with different teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with internal company documents, forms, or branded materials
• Familiarity with additional design tools like Photoshop
• Previous experience working in retail, wholesale, or professional service industries is a plus

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time, hourly position, or contract position (Monday through Friday)
• Pay: Starting at $25 per hour
