Pre-Licensed Real Estate Professional
Learn to enter the real estate industry with confidence through hands-on coaching, structured support, and rewarding commissions as you grow. We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to take their first steps toward becoming licensed agents and building a successful business in residential real estate.
This opportunity includes guided pre-licensing preparation, personalized mentorship, and proven systems to help you develop real-world skills before you even begin closing deals. You’ll gain a clear understanding of how to build relationships, manage transactions, and navigate the process from the first conversation to the closing table.

Responsibilities:
• Complete M and M University
• Attend real estate training
• Organize and build your database
• Communicate with your database
• Intern with teams or agents when possible
• Complete courses and licensing to start earning commission income
• Learn sales talk and scripts
• Complete designated non-agent-allowed activities
• Misc. activities as needed
• Complete required outbound research calls

Qualifications:
• Sales experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High School education, college preferred
• Willingness and commitment to obtaining a real estate license
• Passing real estate school and M and M University
• Desire to earn income in a high-pay commission industry
