Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all plumbing installation operations to achieve production goals and key performance indicators.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
  • Monitor and maintain gross margin targets and manage parts costs efficiently.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and best practices.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organization, and efficiency across trucks, warehouses, and job sites.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Review job photos daily to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Manage inventory, truck stock, and equipment maintenance to support seamless operations.
  • Order materials, verify pricing, and maintain optimal stock levels.
  • Uphold and enforce company policies, safety procedures, and core values.
  • Coordinate vehicle maintenance, safety meetings, and shop organization.
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop strategies for department growth and increased sales.
  • Support other managers as needed during absences or training periods.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Plumbing Manager.
