Pediatric Nurse (RN or LPN) Join Our Caring Team!

Location: Winston-Salem, NC

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (One evening until 7:00 PM, No weekends)

Pay: $22 - $45/hour (Based on experience)

Your Role

As a Pediatric Nurse (RN or LPN) , you'll play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our patients. You'll work closely with providers and families to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced, rewarding setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Care: Perform patient assessments and deliver top-notch nursing care.
• Administer Treatments: Give medications, vaccines, and perform lab draws accurately.
• Support Providers: Assist during exams and procedures for smooth operations.
• Triage Duties: Handle phone triage and guide families on next steps.
• Accurate Documentation: Maintain precise records in the EHR system.
• Family Education: Empower families with health and preventive care knowledge.
• Coordinate Appointments: Schedule follow-ups and ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep a safe, welcoming environment for patients.
• Collaborate: Work as part of a positive, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Current NC RN or LPN license.
• Experience: Pediatric or healthcare experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, and triage experience a plus.
• Certifications: BLS required; PALS preferred.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, efficient, and team-focused.
