Job Summary

✨ Fuel the kitchen with prep power.
As a Prep Cook, you will play a key role in setting the stage for culinary success. You will prepare ingredients, support chefs, maintain kitchen cleanliness, and help ensure food quality and consistency. Your work will keep the line running smoothly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Basic knife handling and food prep skills

• Knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Previous experience in a kitchen or foodservice environment preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients according to recipes and specifications

• Wash, chop, and store fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients

• Assist cooks and chefs with basic food prep

• Maintain clean and organized prep stations

• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

• Restock supplies and ingredients as needed
