Position Summary :
City Wide Jani Inc. is looking for reliable candidates to fulfill a  part time  custodial position in Chicago, Illinois.  Shifts are scheduled between the hours of 7am - 10pm.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Interior and Exterior - Residential Common Areas and Commercial Offices

• Empty Trash from any and all trash receptacles.
• High and Low dusting.
• Clean and sterilize restroom facilities.
• Maintain outdoor grounds to properties that requires it.
• Sterilize all high use areas to reduce the spread of bacteria and any other harmful agents.
• Inspect equipment and communicate the need for repairs or replacements to Operations Manager.
• Vacuum, sweep and mop.
• Ensure adherence to OSHA and maximum safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as delegated by Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Day and Evening Availability (7a-10p)
• Custodial experience preferred but not required.
• Frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling greater than 50lbs
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions due to physical risk and exposure to hazardous chemicals
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• Must be willing to wear a mask
• Vehicle required.
