Job Title: Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer)
Pay: $17.00/hour to start
Pay Growth: $21.00–$24.00/hour after hire-on (based on production)
Hours: Monday–Friday | 5:30 AM until finished (typically 2:00–4:00 PM )
Saturdays: 5:00 AM until finished (typically 10:00 AM–12:00 PM )

Position Overview
We are currently seeking dependable Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer)team members to join a brick manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. The Packager / Production Associate (Brick Packer)plays a critical role in a fast-paced, production-driven environment , responsible for stacking, packaging, and preparing finished brick for shipment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
This is a physically demanding role with strong earning potential for consistent, high-performing employees once hired on.
Key Responsibilities
Stack finished brick onto pallets as it comes off the production line
Strap and wrap packaged brick for shipment
Inspect brick for defects or damage
Maintain pace with production speed and line requirements
Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
Work safely around conveyors and moving equipment
Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
Assist with other production-related duties as assigned
Work Environment
Hot, dusty, industrial manufacturing setting
Standing for the entire shift
Repetitive lifting up to 60 lbs
Fast-paced, team-oriented production environment
Overtime and Saturdays required during peak production
Requirements & Qualifications
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs repeatedly
Ability to stand for extended periods of time
Strong work ethic, reliability, and attendance
Ability to maintain pace in a production-based environment
Strong focus on safety and quality
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Must pass a drug screen and background check
