As a Sales Advisor with U.S. Waterproofing, you're not just selling solutions—you’re providing peace of mind to our customers facing crawl space and foundation issues. With no cold calling required, your focus will be on diagnosing problems, delivering compelling in-home presentations, and turning provided leads into satisfied customers. The Ideal Candidate Our ideal Sales Advisor is a motivated and competitive self-starter with a track record of exceeding sales goals. In addition, successful candidates also have strong communication skills, are effective problem-solvers and are comfortable using technology within the sales process. The job requires a valid driver's license and vehicle. As a Sales Advisor, you will diagnose, propose, and sell an A+ solution to fix our customers crawl space and foundation-related issues. NO COLD CALLING REQUIRED as all leads are provided. Your role will involve diagnosing and presenting top-tier solutions for our customers' crawl space, basement seepage and foundation issues, with a strong emphasis on quality leads and no requirement for cold calling. Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose basement and crawl space moisture concerns
• Conduct persuasive in-home sales presentations
• Engage in follow-up activities with potential customers
