Position Summary:

Continuously observes the telemetry monitor and reports any unusual changes.

Required Qualifications:

Knowledge of basic arrhythmias

• Must possess the skill, knowledge and ability essential to the successful performance of assigned duties
• Must demonstrate customer service skills appropriate to the job
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to maintain a work pace appropriate to the workload
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships across the Health System

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year acute hospital experience;
• BLS; 
• Knowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and forms

Must be able to sit for long periods of time; Must have the dexterity, coordination, and visual and auditory acuity to perform all job responsibilities. Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must be free from signs of illness and infections.
