**Assembly Technician**
**Pay Rate: $22.80 per hour (Plus $2 differential for 2nd shift; $3 differential for weekend shift)**
**Schedules:**
· 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 5:30am-4:00pm
· 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 3:30pm-2:00am
. Weekend Shift: Friday-Sunday, 5:30am-6:00pm
**Job Description**
Under general supervision, the Assembler is responsible for assembling components that may include sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components. The role requires adherence to safety, quality, and quantity standards, and following directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
**Responsibilities**
+ Assemble components, including sub-assemblies, manual components, and electrical components.
+ Adhere to safety, quality, and quantity standards.
+ Follow directions and blueprints to meet product specifications.
+ Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends.
**Essential Skills**
+ Ability to read and understand procedures, safety sheets, instructions, and policies in English.
+ Ability to carry out verbal instructions and communicate verbally in English.
+ Ability to adhere to safety related issues including good housekeeping and ergonomics practices.
+ Attention to detail and ability to learn new processes, systems, and equipment.
+ Teamwork skills, including the ability to work in a diverse setting and resolve conflicts.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Basic computer skills.
+ Experience in assembly, production, or medical device assembly.
+ Motivation to grow, learn, and progress to the next level in skills, with a willingness to cross-train.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $22.80 - $22.80/hr.
