As a Marina Supervisor, you will: 

• Interact and educate retail clerks
• Maintain all displays/retail inventory
• Conduct monthly inventory
• Clean and organize retail areas to keep them free from safety hazards
• Create and maintain a positive work environment for all cashiers
• Communicate with customers and address any problems they may have
• Operate POS systems and perform general checkout functions
• Assist guests with all aspects of activity reservations
• Maintain a clean working environment such as cleaning and organizing shelves and displays and selling merchandise
• Maintain strong customer service and a safe atmosphere

Qualifications

• Valid state Driver’s License
• Must have at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions

• Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
