We are a family-owned and operated full-service marina facility located minutes from Clemson University.

Currently looking for:

Dock Crew members with long term goals.

Responsibilities (But, not limited to)

• Be accountable for fuel dock, star dock, in water slip and all aspects of customer service / front of house business including ramp & collecting of ramp fees as Team Leads / Managers see fit.
• Keep a safe, clean and acceptable work place.
• Interact with customers providing the highest levels of customer service.
• Watch over facility to include, but not limited to: boat ramp & docks, collect ramp launch fees.
• Summer work will be mostly with fuel dock and boat rental customers, fall and winter will be small, medium and large projects around the facility.

Qualifications

• The desire to work in an environment where most people come to play.
• The ability to communicate clearly with staff and customer alike, this is a mid level leadership position with potential for promotion.
• Eye for detail and customer satisfaction.
• Marina & Boat handling experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
• Desire to succeed and provide a quality service.
• Computer literate.
• Looking for someone with the desire to be trained to be a Dock Master, or to advance in other areas of the marina.
• Must be able to work a full shift outdoors and be able to lift items safely.
