Description Robert Half Legal is partnering with a well-established plaintiff personal injury firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be a California-barred attorney with strong litigation skills and the ability to manage cases independently from intake through resolution. This opportunity is 100% remote! Key Responsibilities: + Handle all phases of personal injury litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation. + Draft various motions and pleadings. + Manage client relationships and maintain high standards of communication and advocacy. + Collaborate with team members across remote locations to ensure seamless case management. Requirements Qualifications: + Active California Bar membership required. + 3-7 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience. + Proven experience drafting motions, managing discovery, and preparing for trial. + Excellent written and oral advocacy skills, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
