Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Home Care Assignment Plaistow, NH Interim HealthCare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a patient in Plaistow, New Hampshire. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) will provide one-on-one care to a female patient in their home. Clinician must be skilled in handling epilepsy, TIA's, and cerebral palsy. Pay Rate: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) $33.50/HR Hours: 24 hours 8am-8pm (Saturday & Sunday) Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care to the patient, including medication administration, general care, and patient monitoring.
Communicate with the patient's healthcare team, including the physician, nurse practitioner, and case manager as needed.
Provide emotional support and comfort to the patient.

Job Requirements

Valid Nursing License (RN/LPN) in the State of New Hampshire
Home care experience preferred
Current CPR Certification Required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
Promptly responding to and managing medical emergencies.
