Overview: Responsible for providing high quality education programs and activities that promote health of the patient and community through the life cycle, and individual development of the staff according to learning needs identified through a variety of sources to facilitate patient care. Qualifications: Education

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Required
• BSN Preferred

Work Experience

• 2 years of clinical nursing in area of specialty or one year of education experience Required

Licenses and Certifications

• Registered nurse with current non-restricted Georgia license Required

Additional Licenses and Certifications

• Certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant , or has received certification as a breast feeding counselor Preferred
