Janitor

We are immediately hiring a dedicated Janitor/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of our Fond du Lac client’s facility. If you take pride in keeping workspaces neat and sanitary, we want to hear from you!

Position –  Janitor

Job Location –  Fond du Lac, WI

Starting Date –  ASAP

Employment Term –  Temp to hire

Employment Type –  Full time

Work Hours (Shift) – 1st shift

Starting Pay – $17.50 per hour

Required Experience –  Prior cleaning experience is needed

Your primary role will be to ensure all areas of our facility meet our high standards for cleanliness. This includes:

• Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of office spaces and break rooms .
• Maintaining cleanliness in all bathrooms (restocking supplies, scrubbing, mopping, etc.).
• Keeping entryways clean and welcoming.
• Performing general cleaning tasks within the warehouse area .
• Cleaning the immediate perimeter of the warehouse exterior.

Qualifications 

• Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• No experience with specialty cleaning machinery is required —we will provide training on any necessary equipment.
• Ability to perform routine physical tasks associated with janitorial work.
