IN-HOME CAREGIVER (PART-TIME POSITION)

PEGRAM, TN

KINGSTON SPRINGS, TN

We are looking for a compassionate in-home caregiver to join our growing team! The right candidate has a can-do attitude, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to provide many levels of support to our clients.

* MORNING & AFTERNOON SHIFTS AVAILABLE!!

* PART-TIME ONLY!!

• MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS AS NEEDED!
• Pay Rate: $15-17/Hour
• Caregiver & CPR Training Provided (Paid Training)
• Ongoing Training As Needed!
• 401K with Company Match
• Benefits Provided for Full-Time Employees!

In-Home Caregiver Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care and assistance to clients, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Help with meal preparation and feeding
• Assist with light housekeeping duties, including laundry and tidying up
• Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients

In-Home Caregiver Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

In-Home Caregiver Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail in providing care and following instructions
• Physical stamina to assist with lifting, transferring, and mobility support if required
