We are looking for a highly skilled and safety-conscious operator to handle material management across various sites. Your primary duties will include:
Operating frontend loaders to move, transport, and load various materials (e.g., soil, gravel, sand, snow, refuse).
Performing daily equipment inspections and routine preventative maintenance.
Maneuvering equipment safely and precisely in tight, high-traffic work zones.
Collaborating with site supervisors and team members to ensure project efficiency and meet material handling deadlines.
Strictly adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience operating frontend loaders.
Strong understanding of equipment mechanics and basic troubleshooting skills.
Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness.
Ability to work efficiently and safely in a fast-paced environment.
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in varying outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust, noise) for extended periods.
Bonus Skills (Preferred): Experience with other heavy machinery like excavators, bulldozers, or skid steers, or general basic mechanical experience.
