Job Description

Ready to break into the real estate industry? Join us as an entry-level Real Estate Agent and gain access to a comprehensive training program, real lead generation, mentorship from a seasoned broker, and the tools you need to grow. This is a great opportunity to jump into the real estate industry AND learn how to do it correctly. If you're coachable, ambitious, and ready to grow, we’ll provide the full support you need to succeed! This is a commission-only position; compensation is based on transactions closed. Responsibilities:

Participate in ongoing educational sessions with industry professionals.
Participate in structured training sessions focused on sales, client service, and lead management.
Collaborate with other agents to share best practices and generate opportunities.
Provide excellent client service with responsiveness, professionalism, and follow-through.
Manage leads provided by the brokerage and follow up using our CRM systems.

Qualifications:

Team player with a collaborative mindset.
Comfortable working in a commission-only compensation structure.
Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly driven with strong time management and organizational skills.
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
