Position: Support Staff / Clinician – Women’s Wellness Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

Location: Hopewell Health Solutions, Glastonbury, CT Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 4:30–8:00 PM (evening program)

About the Program The Women’s Wellness Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) at Hopewell Health Solutions provides a structured, trauma-informed environment where women can heal, connect, and rebuild through evidence-based therapy and community support. The program integrates Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and trauma-recovery frameworks to help participants develop self-awareness, emotional regulation, and self-compassion. We believe in creating a therapeutic space that is safe, validating, and empowering, where growth happens through both vulnerability and skill-building.

Position Overview We are seeking compassionate, motivated Support Staff to join our multidisciplinary team of clinicians and recovery specialists. This role is ideal for someone with a strong interest in women’s mental health and trauma recovery, who thrives in group settings and values both structure and empathy. Support staff play a vital role in the daily operation of the IOP, co-facilitating groups, assisting with psychoeducation, providing individual check-ins, and supporting client safety and engagement. This is a collaborative, client-facing position suited to those who are bright, approachable, and skilled at connecting with others.

Key Responsibilities ● Co-lead or assist in group sessions using DBT, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches ● Facilitate or support group discussions, experiential activities, and psychoeducation modules ● Conduct brief individual check-ins with clients to assess safety, mood, and progress ● Support ongoing risk and safety assessments and communicate concerns promptly to clinical staff ● Complete nightly group notes and assist with documentation as needed ● Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary team ● Contribute to maintaining a supportive, empowering, and inclusive group environment

Qualifications Candidates may include:

● Licensed or pre-licensed mental health clinicians (LMSW, LCSW, LPC, LPCA, LMFT, etc.)

● Registered Nurses (RNs, APRNs) with experience in mental health or women’s health

● Certified Recovery Support Specialists (RSS, CPRS) or other peer-based professionals

● Bachelor’s-level professionals with experience in behavioral health, psychology, or related fields Preferred Attributes

● Experience working with women, trauma survivors, or individuals in recovery

● Ability to maintain calm, compassionate presence in emotionally charged settings ● Organized, dependable, warm and collaborative team player
