What You’ll Do

  • Lead the development and execution of A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization strategies to improve conversion rates and optimize user experiences.

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRO strategy focused on increasing conversions across all digital platforms, including web, mobile, and app interfaces.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, and content teams to create and execute optimization plans. Ensure changes are effectively implemented and tracked.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other CRO platforms to measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of experiments.
  • Apply a user-centered approach to solving design and usability challenges, creating smooth and effective user flows that drive desired outcomes.
  • Continuously refine the CRO process, advocating for best practices in testing and optimization within the organization.
  • Work closely with stakeholders from marketing, sales, and product teams in an agile environment, ensuring alignment on goals and strategies.

Skills, Knowledge, and Experience

  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in a CRO or digital optimization role, with a proven track record of improving conversion rates.
  • Strong understanding of A/B testing, multivariate testing, and personalization techniques. Expertise in using testing platforms (e.g., Optimizely, VWO) and analytical tools like Google Analytics.
  • Ability to draw actionable insights from user behavior data, and translate these insights into optimization plans.
  • Comfortable with the technical aspects of web analytics, basic HTML/CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to communicate requirements to developers.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles and how design impacts conversion rates.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams.

Why Join Us?

  • High Ownership: Lead growth across a $100M+ brand platform.
  • Creative Autonomy: Big sandbox, bold ideas encouraged.
  • Cross-Brand Impact: Learn and scale across multiple industries and audiences.
  • Fast Execution: We move quickly and prioritize performance.
