If solving complex trailer issues is your craft, this role is your platform. As a Commercial Trailer Chassis & Brake Systems Specialist, you’ll protect uptime, ensure safety, and raise the bar for performance across our fleet.

How you’ll make a difference

Picture this: your shift begins with a walkaround—brakes, suspension, lighting, hydraulics—all evaluated with a practiced eye. You uncover an electrical fault, trace it to a corroded connector, repair it, and verify the fix. Before the day ends, you complete PMs, update service records, and partner with teammates to plan tomorrow’s work—so trailers leave the yard safe and ready.

Pick your schedule

  • Monday – Friday | 7:00 am – 3:30 pm
  • 7 days on & 7 days off | 4:00 am – 4:30 pm

What you’ll do

  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair trailers to meet stringent safety and performance targets
  • Diagnose and correct concerns in brakes, suspension, electrical, and hydraulic systems
  • Execute preventive maintenance—tires, brakes, lubrication, and adjustments
  • Document work precisely and comply with safety and regulatory standards
  • Collaborate to reduce downtime and boost fleet efficiency

What you’ll bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on trailer technician/mechanic experience
  • Deep knowledge of trailer systems and diagnostics
  • Ability to lift and move heavy components
  • Team-oriented, quality-driven, and safety-minded
  • CDL or certifications are a plus (not required)
