Join Our Team as a Clinical Recruiter Plano, TX | Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM | Rotating Saturdays Are you ready to be the vital link between groundbreaking clinical research and the patients who need it most? We're seeking passionate, people-focused professionals to join our fast-paced, mission-driven team as Clinical Patient Recruiters. What You'll Do: + Reach out to potential study participants through inbound calls, outreach texts, and cold calls. + Conduct phone screenings using protocol-specific criteria to determine eligibility. + Work closely with study coordinators to meet recruitment goals and ensure participant qualifications. + Schedule screening visits, send reminders, and track participant progress from first contact to enrollment. + Maintain accurate, up-to-date recruitment data using internal systems. + Contribute to recruitment campaigns, develop action plans, and provide weekly progress updates. + Cultivate a pipeline of potential participants-even between studies. + Participate in study meetings and stay sharp by reviewing assigned protocols thoroughly. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
