Job Details: As a Pressure Washing Technician/General Laborer, you will be responsible for pressure washing and general labor tasks, ensuring our site remains clean and well-maintained. This role involves working primarily during late-night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Clean and pressure wash the tunnel nightly and high-traffic areas as needed. 
• Operate and maintain company pressure washers. 
• Perform a wide range of manual labor tasks. 
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment. 
• Perform basic preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies, including appearance expectations. 

Qualifications:  

• Positive and professional demeanor. 
• Ability to work a late-night shift. 
• High energy and enthusiasm for working outdoors. 
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. 
• Basic understanding of small engine maintenance. 
• Ability to work primarily outside in physically demanding conditions.
