About the Role

We are looking for a Remote Call Center Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary goal is to follow up on inquiries, answer questions about our services, and schedule free in-home estimates for our sales team.

We are specifically hiring for Second Shift (4:00 PM – 10:00 PM) and Weekend availability. This is perfect for students, parents, or anyone looking for a stable evening job with great earning potential!

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound/Inbound Calls: Manage a high volume of calls to homeowners who have expressed interest in our windows or bath products (no cold calling / these are warm leads!).
• Appointment Setting: Schedule and confirm in-home consultations for our sales representatives.
• Lead Qualification: Ask screening questions to ensure the homeowner is ready for an estimate.
• Data Entry: Accurately update customer information and appointment details in our CRM system.
• Customer Service: Provide professional and friendly assistance to all callers, representing the Smart Choice brand.

Requirements

• Shift Availability: Must be available to work 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM and/or willing to work weekends.
• Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a clear, professional phone voice.
• Tech Savvy: Comfortable using computers, navigating multiple tabs, and learning new software (CRM experience is a plus).
• Home Office Setup: Must have a quiet, distraction-free workspace and internet at home.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage in a remote environment.
