Job title: Automation Manager

Location: 100% Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation Test Manager to drive the strategic direction, planning, and execution of automated testing efforts across multiple projects. This role will be instrumental in enhancing test efficiency, coverage, and quality assurance practices within our IT QA team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and evolve the automation testing strategy aligned with enterprise QA goals.
• Collaborate with QA leadership and cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and technologies to support automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain test automation roadmaps and resource plans.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, UiPath, Tricentics) and scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java).
• Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and QA processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization (e.g., AWS, Docker).
