If so, let's start the conversation. **Job Summary** Iron Mountain is seeking a **motivated Business Analyst Intern** to join our **Commercial Organization** team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying analytical skills to real-time business projects and collaborating cross-functionally to drive data-informed decisions that positively impact the organization. **What You'll Do (Responsibilities)** In this role, you will: + **Develop and manage reports** to provide actionable data findings and insights for decision-making across the team and organization. + **Collaborate with finance, operations, sales, and marketing teams** to construct business cases and present data for key meetings to help influence change and achieve positive outcomes. + **Ensure consistent documentation** by creating and maintaining standard procedures for key tasks, complying with company policies and organizational standards. **What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)** The ideal candidate will have: + **Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree** and be a **Rising Senior (expected graduation in 2027)** , returning to the course of study following the internship. + Strong knowledge of or proficiency with **technical tools** like **Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Google Slides** **,** and comfort with data analysis. + **Strong knowledge of analytical and problem-solving skills** **.** + **Proven ability in strong communication skills and teamwork** to effectively collaborate and present data findings. + **Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets** and the ability to organize and structure data. + **_Mandatory Requirement:_** Must be authorized to work in the United States without restriction. **What We Offer (Benefits)** + **Location** **:** Role available in **Boston, MA** + Competitive compensation aligned the experience.
